Cancellation Policy

The following is the KOA Reservation /Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call 719.542.2273 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee*

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

- RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required ~ Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two (2) days before your scheduled arrival date.

- Kamping Kabins: 7 days required ~ Notify your selected KOA one (1) week before your scheduled arrival date.

- Specialty Lodging ~ These lodgings may have a special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.

- Holidays and Event Weekends ~ May have a special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
